The International Conference on Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics 2023 (ICOETI 2023) is a sequel to the previous conference of International Postgraduate Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics 2021 (IPCOETI 2021) organized by the Faculty of Ocean Engineering Technology and Informatics, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). This conference aims to provide a scholarly platform for participants to share their valuable knowledge and current information with others. These platforms cover all tracks of technology and engineering fields such as maritime, physics and instrumentation, computer science, environmental, and mathematics. <\/div>
